E71T-GS is a carbon steel MIG welding wire that totally eliminates the need for shielding gas. It is a self-shielding, all-position flux-cored wire for single pass applications. It has a good travel speed and produces smooth weld edges. E71T-GS is particularly suited to welding on thin gauge mild and galvanised steel in all positions. The use of DC straight polarity will minimise the risk of burn-through.
