Designed specifically for flexible use on construction sites and in workshops, the oxygen analyzer simplifies stainless steel welding by accurately measuring oxygen concentration down to 0.0005% (5 ppm). Before measuring the welding environment, the analyzer must first be calibrated to the normal oxygen level in the air (20.9%).
Once calibrated, the device retains its settings, even when powered off. Regular recalibration is essential to maintain accuracy. The instrument also features built-in temperature compensation to ensure precise readings at different working temperatures. However, sudden temperature fluctuations may affect results until the sensor stabilizes.
