Austenitic stainless steel wire with low carbon content minimizes the risk of intergranular carbide precipitation and enhances resistance to intergranular corrosion, eliminating the need for stabilizers like niobium or titanium.
Offers good corrosion resistance in nitric acid environments.
Good mechanical properties at sub-zero temperatures down to -197ºC.
Typically used on applications where a good atmospheric corrosion resistance in urban and rural medias is expected, pipes/tubes, boiler engineering, food processing and chemical industries etc.
