The 800DA is a robust, compact, and manoeuvrable drawn arc stud welding machine, designed and manufactured by Taylor Stud Welding to weld reduced base studs from 3mm to 12mm diameter. With its simple yet durable design, the 800DA drawn arc controller – so called due to its constant 800A welding current – offers an economic and reliable method of fixing Mild Steel and Stainless Steel weld studs (which you can order from the Taylor Studwelding DA stud catalogue). Fast, highly accurate, and easy to operate, the 800DA gives you superior weld results, welding up to 10 studs per minute with microcomputer control for superior accuracy and consistency.

The 800 DA is designed and built to meet all required industry standards. It uses soak tested components and, as with all Taylor Studwelding systems, has undergone extensive durability tests to ensure lasting quality and reliability. This DA stud welding system also benefits from a fan system for constant air cooling. The 800DA really does house everything you need for powerful and consistent DA stud welding in one compact cabinet, which only weighs an impressive 32 kilograms. The 800DA system is CE and UKCA marked.
