The PATON ProMIG-350-15-4 WK welding set is a complete solution for professional welders who demand versatility and precision in their work. This digital semiautomatic inverter is designed for MIG/MAG, MMA, and TIG DC welding with shielding gases and mixtures thereof. With an all-digital way to manage, this device offers fine-tuning capabilities to ensure optimal welding conditions for any project.
With an increased load expectancy on the rated current up to 350A, this welding machine can accommodate any electrode diameter from 1.6mm to 6mm and conduct semi-solid welding wire with a diameter of 0.6mm to 1.4mm. Thanks to its two-case design, the wire supply unit can be separated from the current source by means of communication cables of different lengths to allow for more convenient working on complex or bulky metal structures, as well as MMA and TIG.
Equipped with a quality metallic 4-wire feed roller mechanism, a strong hermetic motor, and a universal connector KZ-2 type "EURO," the PATON ProMIG-350-15-4 WK welding set allows for easy connection of welding torches from a wide range of manufacturers. It also comes with 4 connectors for a liquid cooling hose and a cable with power contacts. The powerful holder allows the welding wire coils weighing up to 15kg, making it easy to handle larger welding projects.
The model ProMIG-350-15-4 is both powerful and compact, with a low weight and dimensions that make it easy to move and store. The LCD screen on the machine ensures that it is easy and convenient to set up a solution to any welding problem. The device comes with high-quality accessories from ABICOR BINZEL, allowing welders to immediately start work in MIG/MAG and MMA modes.
The PATON Cooler-7 is an integral part of this welding set and is designed to provide excellent cooling for the welding torch. Its autonomous cooling unit has a liquid flow sensor that protects the burner from combustion in the event of cessation of fluid circulation. The Cooler-7 model provides reliable cooling of the burner works at high currents (> 300A for semiautomatic and> 140A for TIG welding) and accommodates up to 7 liters of coolant. It provides circulation in a closed system with a high capacity (liquid supply to a height of 10 meters) and productivity (up to 6.5 l/min). This cooling system ensures that the welding set is always operating at optimal conditions, allowing for precise and efficient welding work.
